She considers every opportunity to sing a blessing. Her later influences in music include an array of artists and genres. She is a resident of Torrington, CT. Maxine is thrilled to be a part of the Fun Factor Band!
Drumist, Roger has been playing in blues and rock and roll bands since the 70s until the late 80s, taking a break to raise his young family. In the 90s, he was introduced to Hawaiian music and played with various Hawaiian bands. He was later encouraged by his oldest son to pick up his sticks again. Roger is back and laying down the beat with Fun Factor. He is a resident of Middletown, CT.
Backup Vocals & Lead Jan's love of singing began with the youth choir at her childhood church. As an adult, she studied voice at the Warner Theatre for 2 years and then took 2 years of Italian opera instruction at the Hartt School of Music. Jan sang backup vocals with The Ragtops. She is excited to be performing with the Fun Factor.
Lead and Rhythm Guitar,
Bob started playing guitar at age 17. After college on Long Island, Bob stored his guitars away and didn’t touch them until the mid 1990s. Then he took a trip to a small, local guitar dealer in Manhattan, Rudy’s Music, where the cherished Gibson ES-336 semi-hollow body electric guitar was discovered. Bob subsequently played with Electric Shadow, Tin Marquis and Sound Invasion, before joining FUN FACTOR. Bob is a lifelong lover of the British Invasion, especially the Beatles, and is heavily influenced by 70s, 80s, 90s rock and pop music. He is happy and excited to be playing with the Fun Factor Band.
